Just a thought

I dont claim to "know" anything other than what I feel in my soul and I'm honestly looking for other peoples input and knowledge. We know that there was a reset that buried a lot of the old world right? Evidence is everywhere. All the old architecture, statues, literature etc... how can so much mud cover the entire planet? What if the biblical story of Noah wasn't as long ago as we've been taught? Wouldn't a world wide flood cause sediment and mud to build up in the low line areas?
