This is perfect for when you are rushing in the morning or evening for people fasting during Ramadan!

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Protein Granola
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Peanut Butter
  • Protein Powder
  • Skimmed Milk

Steps

  1. 1Add 80g of bananas
  2. 2Add 80g of blueberries
  3. 3Add 25g of protein granola
  4. 4Add 50g of Greek yogurt
  5. 5Add 20g of peanut butter
  6. 6Add 1 scoop of protein powder
  7. 7Add 200mL of skimmed milk
  8. 8Blend and enjoy!

It’s a lot quicker if you set everything out before getting started.
