Most people never become who they want to be because they’re trying to create from wanting instead of having. Read that again. If all day long you’re thinking, “I want abs,” your brain only has one instruction. Keep wanting abs. Wanting isn’t the destination. It’s the identity. Here’s the shift. Close your eyes and imagine you’ve already done it. You have the body. You look in the mirror and smile. You feel light. Strong. Confident. Disciplined. You walk differently because this is just who you are now. Catch that feeling. Not the picture. The feeling. Because once you genuinely feel what it’s like to already be there, something changes. You stop asking, “How do I get abs?” and start asking, “What would the version of me who already has them do today?” Now the gym isn’t punishment. It’s just what you do. The food choices aren’t sacrifices. They’re normal. You’re no longer forcing actions from a place of lack. You’re expressing actions from an identity that’s already been chosen. This is why the end creates the beginning. The effect becomes the cause. Feel it first. Then act from it. Your life will always move in the direction of the person you believe you already are.
